BUDGET & FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST (POS #15) Full-time.  Individual needed to perform budget, cost accounting, reporting and audit functions including budget preparation and revision, cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal audit. Work requires technical knowledge, creativity, attention to detail, and strong organization and management skills. Ability to apply public management and financial principles and practices and develop financial systems to enhance operations is required. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of professional accounting and internal auditing principles and procedures, cost accounting principles and procedures, theories, principles, and practices of state and local funding and budgeting procedure. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business including extensive course work in Finance and Accounting required. Considerable work experience in financial and accounting positions. CASE MANAGER – Geriatric Adult (POS #837) Full-Time. Seeking motivated individual to provide direct services to elderly adults with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse issues. Requires initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Applicant must possess demonstrated KSA’s providing assessment, linkage, monitoring, collaboration, support, problem solving and coordination of services. Experience with elderly adults a plus. At least one year of clinical experience providing direct services required. Masters Degree in the Behavioral Sciences or related fields preferred, Bachelors degree required. COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE I (POS #204) Relief positions.  Individual(s) wanted to work with adults in providing direct service treatment and case coordination for adults with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders in a community based residential program.  Individual is an integral participant in a service system that focuses on self determination, empowerment and recovery. Experience with stated population(s), knowledge of behavior management techniques and person centered approach. H.S./Equiv. Required. Typing and Computer Skills essential. Applicant must possess valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV Record. Hourly Rate: $11.33.

COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE I (POS #510) Relief positions.   Individuals wanted to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in a community based residential setting on an as needed basis. Hours of program operation are 24 hours / 7 days a week. Work schedule is based on your availability. Eight or ten hour shifts available during morning, evenings, overnight hours on both weekday and weekend days. Current program schedule includes approximately 40 hours each week targeted for relief staff. The available shifts are Fridays 4pm - 10 pm, Saturdays 8am - 4pm, Saturdays 4pm - 10pm, Sundays 8 am to 2 pm, and Sundays 4 pm to 10 pm. Other hours are available based on staff absences. Relief positions provide ample opportunities for individuals in this position to supplement his/her income. Job duties include the provision of supervision and instruction of independent living skills to residents using a person centered approach. Experience working with ID population and knowledge of behavior management techniques is required. Basic computer skills preferred. H.S. diploma/equivalent required. Applicant must possess valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record at time of employment and continuously thereafter.  Hourly Rate: $11.33.

COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE I (POS #547) Relief position. Individual wanted to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in a day support setting. Individual will provide instruction in the areas of personal, social and behavioral skills in both center-based and community settings. Experience working with ID/DD population and knowledge of behavior management techniques is required. Applicant must possess valid driver’s license at time of employment, acceptable DMV record and maintain throughout employment. CDL License a plus. Experience with stated population(s), knowledge of behavior management techniques and person centered approach. H.S./Equiv. Required. Typing and Computer Skills essential. Hourly Rate: $11.33. Program operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 3:30.

DRIVERS (POS #517) Relief Position.  Transport ID/MH consumers to/from Colonial Behavioral Health programs.  Three hour shifts available; either 6:00 - 9:00 a.m. or 3:00-6:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday.  Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and an acceptable driving record at the time of employment and maintain thereafter.  For employment consideration applicant must be eligible and willing to obtain a VA Commercial Driver’s License.  Current CDL a plus.  DMV record must be submitted with application.  Hourly Rate: $10.40.

QUALITY COMPLIANCE ANALYST (POS #14) Full-time.  Middle Manager to assist with agency wide quality assurance, risk management, and practice management functions, including compliance, client rights, and licensure. Must have demonstrated experience in behavioral healthcare systems. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare and/or business related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Electronic health records and/or health information systems experience desired. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefit package. Closing Date: Open Until Filled.

REGISTERED NURSE (POS #206) Full-time. Registered Nurse needed to provide nursing services to persons with intellectual and mental health disabilities and substance use disorders in collaboration with psychiatrists and other licensed professionals. Position will require individual to work with those consumers who reside in community residential programs and attend day support programs. Additionally, individual will assist the medical unit in assessment, planning and treatment of the aforementioned and other consumers served by the agency. Duties include staff medication assistance oversight, medication administration, medication education to consumers, families and staff, identifying/monitoring consumer medical/psychiatric needs; serving as a liaison with other medical professionals regarding consumer medical needs; providing training and consultative services to direct service staff, etc. Licensed Registered Nurse granted by the State of VA Department of Health Professionals required. One year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities and serious mental illness preferred. Basic computer skills required. Applicant must possess valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record at time of employment and continuously thereafter. Work schedule Monday through Friday. Salary Commensurate with experience. REIMBURSEMENT MANAGER (POS #308) Full-time. Individual wanted to provide oversight of Reimbursement Department and ensure that accounts receivable and reimbursement practice comply with laws and regulations. Configures automated billing system logic and manages billing operations. Prepares complex data analyses and reports. Performs routine work independently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Duties include the interpretation and enforcement of internal policy and external regulatory requirements. Requires demonstrated knowledge of laws governing reimbursement and fee collection and the ability to apply to automated billing system configuration. Thorough knowledge of managed care and health maintenance organization credentialing procedures. Strong ability to analyze financial data, apply statistical techniques, use standard office and financial management software applications. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline required. Considerable experience in fee collection, accounting, and automated system management involving third party insurance carriers, preferably in a health care or human services setting and experienced in supervision of departmental staff essential. THERAPIST (ADOLESCENT) (POS #928) Full-time.  Children’s Services Unit seeking licensed professional to provide direct therapeutic interventions to children/adolescents, families, and groups with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health or intellectual disability issues. Duties include individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy with children, adolescents and their families. LCSW, LPC, or LCP or LSATP required and at least one year of experience providing clinical services to an adolescent population with co-occurring disorders preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of assessment, evaluation, diagnosis and service planning of the co-occurring population required. Salary Commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefit package. THERAPIST (IN-HOME) (POS #836) Full-Time. Seeking individual for intensive in home program for youth. Responsibilities include individual and family assessments, counseling services; education and case management services in the youth’s home. Interface with various systems that work with youth such as schools, courts, and social services. Position requires creative solution ability, flexible schedules, on call assistance and crisis intervention.. Master’s Degree in Human Services is preferred and at least two years work experience in working with at-risk youth and their families. Salary commensurate with education and experience. THERAPIST (UNLICENSED) (POS# 708) Full-time. Seeking counselor to provide substance abuse and co-occurring counseling to inmates in a therapeutic community in a local jail setting. Master’s level clinician required, CSAC preferred. Duties include assessments, group counseling, overseeing Therapeutic community peer activities, and administrative duties with incarcerated adult substance abusing individuals.
