BUDGET & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (POS #15) Full-time. Individual wanted to provide oversight of the Accounting operations in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and external audit functions. Individual will be responsible for the development and monitoring of agency budgets, data analysis, cost accounting methods, and other financial reports. Seeking an individual with a strong ability to analyze financial data, apply statistical techniques, and use standard office and financial management software applications. Job functions also include the application of accounting and auditing principles and techniques to ensure data integrity and strong internal controls. Supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline strongly preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefit package. CASE MANAGER – GERIATRIC ADULT (PRN) – POS #942 Seeking motivated individual to provide direct services to elderly adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use issues. Requires initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Applicant must possess demonstrated KSA’s providing assessment, linkage, monitoring, collaboration, support, problem solving and coordination of services. Experience with elderly adults a plus. At least one year of clinical experience providing direct services required. Masters Degree in the Behavioral Sciences or related fields preferred, Bachelors degree required. Starting salary: $18/hour. Closing Date: Open Until Filled.

COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE I (POS #551) Full-time. Individual wanted to work with adults with Intellectual Disabilities in a day support setting. Individual will implement ISPs utilizing a person centered approach. Individual will provide instruction in the areas of personal, social and behavioral skills in both center- based and community settings. Experience working with ID population and knowledge of behavior management techniques is required. High school graduate or equivalent is required. Basic computer skills required. Applicant must possess valid driver’s license at time of employment, an acceptable DMV record and maintain these throughout employment. Basic computer skills required. CDL license a plus. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. Salary range: $23,566 - $25,646 / year. Excellent fringe benefit package. Closing Date: February 16, 2012.

LICENSED CASE MANAGER – MH/SA ADULT (POS 941) Full-time. Position requires creative solution ability, flexible schedules, on call assistance and crisis intervention. Interface with various systems that work with persons with disabilities such as assisted living facilities; social services psychiatric hospitals; etc. Individual will provide case management services to individuals 18 years of age or older who may be dually diagnosed, homeless, incarcerated and/or institutionalized. Duties include assessing needs, providing outreach, supportive services and linkages for individuals with intellectual serious mental illness and possible co-occurring substance use disorders. Position will also complete agency assessments that require LMHP or LMHP – Licensed Eligible credentials. A Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field is required. Professional license in social work, psychology or professional counseling by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professionals is preferred. If Licensed Eligible, applicant must be working towards licensure and must be registered with the appropriate Virginia Licensing Board. One year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders is required, to include case management experience. Applicant must provide proof of a valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record at the time of interview and maintain at all times. Basic computer experience required. Salary commensurate with experience and professional credentials. Salary range: $38,818 - $67,554 / year. Excellent fringe benefit package. Closing Date: February 16, 2012.

REVENUE MANAGER (POS #308) Full-time. Individual wanted to provide oversight of the Reimbursement Department and ensure that accounts receivable and reimbursement practices comply with laws and regulations. Seeking an individual with a strong ability to analyze financial data, apply statistical techniques, and use standard office and financial management software applications. Job functions also include the application of accounting and auditing principles and techniques to ensure data integrity and internal controls. Supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience with automated medical billing systems and reimbursement processes is helpful. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefit package.
