Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management.Applicant must possess demonstrated KSA’s providing assessment, linkage, monitoring, and coordination of services for youth and their families. Provides case management services to children and adolescents that are court involved or otherwise at risk of removal from the community. Experience with emotional disturbance, SA, and discharge planning a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Social/Behavioral Science or related field required. Masters Degree preferred. Two years of experience providing clinical services to children and adolescents required. Position requires some late afternoon and evening work. At least two years of experience providing clinical services to children and adolescents required. Salary Range: $31,230-57,392. Excellent fringe benefit package. CHILD ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR (POS #923) Individual needed to provide direction to the Greater Williamsburg Child Assessment Center (GWCAC) and leadership to the Greater Williamsburg area for delivery of services to children with behavioral health disorders and their families. Develops a referral and assessment process designed to both assess child/family needs and to link referred consumers to all needed services. Acts as community liaison working with a broad array of community agencies to further develop behavioral health treatment services continuum to children and families. Ability to prepare budgets and administrative reports according to agency and community standards. Extensive clinical knowledge of the theories and practices of child/adolescent services and proficiency in the use of consumer and community assessment and outcome measures required. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefit. Master’s degree in behavioral health field required. LPC, LCSW, LCP or LMFT preferred and extensive experience providing MH services to youth and families required with supervisory experience. INTENSIVE IN HOME PROGRAM MANAGER (POS #208) Licensed clinician to provide supervision of intensive in home program staff which provides services to children, adolescents and their families. Extensive clinical knowledge of the theories and practices of child/adolescent services and proficiency in the use of client and community assessment and outcome measures required. Position requires initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision and previous supervisory experience is required. LPC or LCSW with considerable clinical experience required. Salary Range $37,554-68,000. Excellent fringe benefit package. BUDGET AND FINANCIAL REPORTING OFFICER (POS #15) Individual wanted to perform budget, cost accounting, reporting and audit functions. Work requires technical knowledge, creativity, strong organization and management skills. Ability to apply public management and financial principles and practices to organizational needs required. Extensive knowledge of theories, principles and practices of governmental accounting and financial reporting. Thorough knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of state and local funding and budgeting procedures and processes. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business including extensive coursework in Finance and Accounting required. Salary commensurate with experience. GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT (POS #602) Administrative support position for general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budget monitoring, grant reporting, cost accounting, and financial statement/audit reporting. Duties include journal entries, account reconciliations, coordination of year end audit with external auditors, preparation of monthly and quarterly internal financial reports and month/year end closings for accounting records. Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience with automated accounting software and strong computer skills including Excel and Word are essential. Excellent Fringe Benefit package. Salary commensurate with education/experience. REVENUE ANALYST (POS #908) Full-time position available in a community behavioral health setting for experienced revenue analyst with opportunity for growth for an individual with motivation and initiative. Duties include automated medical billing, payment posting, claim follow-up, provider credentialing, revenue reconciliation and working with practice management staff to maximize revenue generation and collection. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare required. COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE I (POS #547 – Relief) Individual(s) wanted to work with adults with mental retardation in a day support setting. Individual will provide instruction in the areas of personal, social and behavioral skills in both center-based and community settings. Experience working with MR/DD population and knowledge of behavior management techniques is required. H.S./Equiv.& basic computer skills required. Applicant must possess valid driver’s license at time of employment, acceptable DMV record and maintain these throughout employment. CDL License a plus. Basic computer skills required. Hourly Rate: $10.36. FT Position Salary: $21,541; Excellent Fringe Benefit package. DRIVERS (POS #517) Relief Position. Transport MR/MH consumers to/from Colonial Services Board programs. Three hour shifts available; either 6:00 - 9:00 a.m. or 3:00-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and an acceptable driving record at the time of employment and maintain thereafter. For employment consideration applicant must be eligible and willing to obtain a VA Commercial Driver’s License. Current CDL a plus. DMV record must be submitted with application. Hourly Rate: $10.00.
