INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (POS #19)  -  This position will be responsible for managing and leading the IT operations of our Information Systems department to include network operations, help desk and desktop support, data backup/restore, telecommunications, applications support, and facility related technical operations. Duties include providing supervision and management of Information Technology services including:  help desk, desktop and laptop support, mobile devices, information security, networking, server administration, and data backup/restore. Supervise and provide 'hands-on' on-site support to the users.  Supervise application support (level 1 & 2) and escalate issues.  Provide application support (level 2 & 3) and escalate issues.  Provide input into our overall Information Technology operations strategy.  Function as the technical resource for existing and future technical services and solutions.  Provide IT support to remote offices and mobile users.  Proven ability to manage staff, multiple projects, and design and maintain effective IT solutions.  Experience coordinating with vendors and meeting deadlines.  Significant experience managing sophisticated technical solutions with a particular focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Exchange Server, VPN solutions, SQL solutions, and web technologies.  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.  MCSE or MCSA preferred.   Salary commensurate with experience.  Excellent fringe benefit package.

COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE I (4 Positions POS #414, #420, #427, #507)  P/T-30 HR/WK.   Individual(s) wanted to work with adults with MR in a community residential setting.  Provides supervision and instruction of independent living skills to residents.  At least one year of experience working with MR/DD population and knowledge of behavior management techniques is required.  Basic computer skills essential.  H.S./Equiv. Required.  Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record at time of employment and continuously thereafter. Work Schedules include day/early afternoon/evening/weekend hours. Specific work schedules available.  Hourly Rate: $10.36. Limited fringe benefit package. 

DRIVERS (POS #517) Relief Position.  Transport MR/MH consumers to/from Colonial Services Board programs.  Three hour shifts available; either 6:00 - 9:00 a.m. or 3:00-6:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday.  Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and an acceptable driving record at the time of employment and maintain thereafter.  For employment consideration applicant must be eligible and willing to obtain a VA Commercial Driver’s License.  Current CDL a plus.  DMV record must be submitted with application.  Hourly Rate: $10.00.
